崇明國中農場 年產百餘斤菜及 50 斤魚

　東區崇明國中內占地四十坪的魚菜共生農場，在專業及用心照顧下，每年可產一百多斤的蔬菜及五十多斤的食用魚，豐碩的成果也吸引周邊小學的注意，有小學老師會帶著小朋友到崇明國中的農場進行食農教育。
　崇明國中魚菜共生農場建置於二０一六年三月，農場位於學校南側草皮旁，占地四十坪，可種植約八百株葉菜類蔬菜，及養殖一百五十尾食用魚。整座農場建置經費是由關心教育的善心人士捐贈，內部魚菜共生系統則由崇明國中老師王甫元，及台南地區魚菜共生玩家洪奉德共同打造管理。

　校方表示，這一座魚菜共生農場每年可生產一百多斤蔬菜及五十多斤食用魚，王甫元老師與教務處李蕙珍老師腦力激盪，設計出一套三節課的魚菜共生系統課程，並融入學校行動學習課程之一。
　從第一節課知識教導認識魚菜共生系統、第二節課實務種菜操作，到第三節課收成後，舉辦火鍋同樂會，讓孩子能透過知識的吸收，進而運用實作過程，觀察系統裡魚跟菜的變化。寓教於樂的學習，使孩子們在快樂中有收穫也有成就感。
　校長陳威介表示，這套課程也是崇明國中為了一０八課綱所研發的學習歷程課程，可說是全國首創最完整的特色教學。未來將會讓這項友善地球的新興知識，藉由特色課程推廣小組，讓更多學子們能學習魚菜共生課程，也歡迎有興趣的市民朋友或學校預約到校參觀。
